Your team can now help to collaborate and build your studio with their own accounts.
If you want to invite other members of your staff to have administrative privileges for your studio, follow these steps:
- Log into your STUDIO account and click the "Go to admin" button on your studio's card.
- Click the "Settings" tab near the top of the page
- Scroll down to the "Team" section and click the "Send an invite" button
- Fill out the form with your team member's name and email address and decide if you want them to have the ability to create or destroy additional team member accounts, including yours (we would recommend giving this level only to a General Manager or additional owner of your business). If you want them to have this access, click the 'admin' checkbox. If you just want them to have the ability to manage your studio (like uploading workouts, etc) leave the checkbox blank.
- Send the invitation! They will get a link in their email to join your studio.
